Double Happiness Fitness Corporation's strategy for weight loss has been devised to be ecological, economical, ergonomic, easy, empathetic, and can be whispered into an elephant's ear without causing it to shudder in disgust or for that matter can be whispered into the ears of any of the endangered species that live here on earth.

We have created an easy inexpensive simple to follow weight loss plan that will be effective and have astonishing benefits for your, body/mind and spirit. The weight loss plan is based on the following principle.

SAVE SOME FOR SOMEBODY ELSE.

We can show you how to consume less and share more with somebody else. If you have more than enough to eat and want to lose weight, start by donating X amount pounds of food equal to the amount of weight of you wish to lose every week to somebody who hasn't got enough to eat. Using this plan ensures that you are getting healthy by consuming less and somebody else or maybe their whole family is getting healthy by getting enough to eat.
