Double Happiness Fitness encourages participants in our program to exercise courage when letting go of old habit patterns because there is no guarantee that it will easy, but if you approach yourself with gentleness and compassion in the spirit of friendship, a way can be found.
We use the Breath of Joy to empty old air out of our lungs and tired old ideas out of our minds, and then we bring into this moment positive energy, to create a heart song. Of course that is just the first step to bringing happiness fitness into your life. There need to be many many Breaths of Joy taken. Our research shows that more than 10,000 Breaths of Joy will be necessary and only one heart song.
Next we check our balance by standing on one foot. Some of us stand on our heads, but not Lily Bell, she is too old now, and that's O.K. Being in balance should not be taken for granted. Balance brings benefits without number. We will help you experiment finding your balance in your own way.
Juggling is another important skill useful for letting go of old habits. It keeps a person focused in the present moment. Very useful for navigating through old useless self defeating desires, cravings and that old bugaboo blame. Keep something handy for important juggling like fruit—healthy and very friendly—or stuffed toys—soft and easy to catch. Some people here at the corporation like water filled balloons and we really wish they would find something else.
